This magnificent size Hand-beaten Copper Shield comes to life when it is painted with the Coat of Arms of your choice. The copper shield is hand-beaten on a specially curved bench. It is then polished to bring out its coppery sheen, whereupon it is sealed with a clear lacquer to protect the fine finish. It then goes to the Heraldic Artist to have your chosen Family Crest painted onto it, using extra-fine enamel paints.
